Your Video
• Do make sure your video falls within one of the six categories of expertise.
• Do make sure your video submission is under 2 minutes in length.
• Do grab a co-host if you wish. We are accepting up to two hosts per submission, however, you will need to decide on who is the primary applicant.
• Do make sure your video is in a WMV or MOV or FLV or MPG file format and is under 100MB.
• If you decide to use any guests in your video, you must have them sign a guest release form.
Do make sure that you submit any guest releases along with your
submission. We allow up to three guests per submission. You can print out guest releases here.
• If any people aside from you (or a co-host) appear in your
video, and you do not submit guest release forms for them, your entry
will be considered invalid.
• Do make sure your clothing, items and/or background is free from logos, posters, artwork or anything that could be copyright material.
• Do make sure that there is no music or TV on in your video- even if it’s background! Your video will be declined.
• Do introduce yourself by saying your FIRST name and area of expertise ONLY. If you give out your last name, address, phone number, email or website your entry will be denied.
• Do be safe- don’t do anything dangerous.
• Do make sure you can be seen and heard clearly in your video.
• We are looking for original videos so amateur videos are okay! If your video was produced professionally and not for this search, it may be denied (at our sole discretion).
• Do take this opportunity to highlight your strengths and be creative! Why are you an expert?

Your Photo
• Do make sure your photo shows your face and should be in ‘landscape’ format.
• Do make sure that if you’re submitting a photo with a co-host, that both of you are in the picture!
• Do make sure that your photo is in JPG or GIF format and is under 2MB.
• Do make sure your clothing, items and/or background is free from logos, posters, artwork or anything that could be copyright material.
• Photo submission is optional (Video submission is required!)
